EVALUATION OF POTENTIAL CANDIDATES

Asecorp provides evaluation services of candidates for companies that want to have a professional opinion of final candidates of an internal or external selection.
For this process, the client is the one to undertake the search of candidates who, after being selected by the company, go through a battery of interviews as well as psychological and technical tests with Asecorp in order to evaluate the suitability of each of the candidates to the job position.

EVALUATION OF EMPLOYEES

Even more important than the incorporation of new staff to the company, is the retention of the current talent. In order to evaluate the potential of the employees and achieve, through the evaluation of the employee and the work position, a better performance and efficiency of the personnel, Asecorp provides its evaluation services for individuals, groups or whole staff to its clients. 

In order to evaluate the employee Asecorp holds an interview in Chinese and another in English, personality tests and a satisfaction survey. The intention of this process is to detect not only the suitability of the abilities of the candidate with the job position, but also the level of motivation of the employee to undertake the given tasks.
